We split into two age brackets: 5–10 and 11–15. Groups stay with their age cohort for safety and fit, but all kids share the park's attractions.

Totally normal — we see it every Monday of every week. Counselors are trained on the ACA homesickness playbook: stay calm, give the kid a job, reconnect them with one buddy, and loop in a lead counselor within 15 minutes if it doesn't settle. We'll text you a photo by 10am so you see them smiling before you've finished your coffee. If Day 1 isn't working, the Day 1 Money-Back Guarantee still applies.

You share allergies and medications at registration, and our team reviews every kid's file before their first day. A CPR + First Aid certified staffer is in the park every day, and we'll always reach out to you first for anything that needs a parent's attention. If you have specific concerns, email us before registering and we'll walk you through how we'd handle it.

1:10 for all ages and kids are appropriately match with age — better than TX state minimums. Every day there is a CPR + First Aid certified person in the park. Counselors are background-checked, and complete pre-season training on covering supervision, conflict de-escalation, and emergency response.
